During the Conference, approximately 20-25 of the best Florida-based private companies looking for venture capital funding in Florida will make presentations to a national audience of venture capitalists, investment bankers and private equity investors. Seminars for entrepreneurs and venture capitalists will focus on various aspects of the venture capital industry. In-depth panel discussions will cover a variety of topics.
The Florida Venture Capital Conference continues to attract private companies capable of producing high rates of return for their investors. Presenters from the last 19 Venture Capital Conferences have been very successful from a funding standpoint, raising over $2 Billion to date. More than 1,000 people attended the 2009 and 2010 Conferences, including representatives of 200 venture capital firms from across the US representing billions of dollars to invest in the state.
